2019 PUBLIC CLASS SCHEDULE
6:15-7:15pm, Vinyasa Foundations
(Bread & Yoga Harlem, 350 St. Nicholas Ave, NY, NY 10027, Between 127th and 128th)
Using alignment as a tool to cultivate awareness and attention, and working with a monthly asana theme to encourage and support accessibility and progress through repetition, this moderately paced flow class is for adventurous beginners through advanced practitioners. Expect strong work, some dharma/philosophy, and healthy doses of humor and inspiration.
5:30-6:30pm, Hatha Flow
(Bread & Yoga Inwood, 5000 Broadway Suite 1A NY, NY Entrance on 212th Street)
Using alignment as a tool to cultivate awareness and attention, and working with a monthly asana theme to encourage and support accessibility and progress through repetition, this class is a combination of form and flow. Expect a solid warm up, workshopping of poses through drills and a slow to moderate flow, some dharma/philosophy, as well as a healthy dose of humor and inspiration. Great for all levels of practice from beginners to those looking to strengthen and refine basic postures and explore or go deeper with peak poses.
