Shadow Numinosa Workshop

 The term “Shadow,” first coined by early 20th-century psychologist Carl Jung, has become a popular concept in today’s self-help and healing arts spaces. In this introductory workshop, we’ll ground our understanding of the shadow in Jungian theory—including the personal shadow, the golden shadow, and the collective shadow. We’ll also explore how shadow work is reflected in other wisdom traditions, including yoga philosophy, indigenous rituals, and ancestral practices.
Together, we’ll begin to lay the groundwork for shadow integration using accessible somatic, creative, and cognitive tools. More importantly, we aim to create a space that reduces the isolation, judgment, and loneliness that often arise when confronting the shadow within ourselves.
This online workshop is for you if:

• You often struggle with difficult emotions like anger, shame, grief, jealousy, or humiliation.
• You notice recurring patterns of behavior that feel stuck or self-sabotaging.
• You’re curious about reclaiming aspects of yourself that were labeled “bad” or “too much,” such as your creativity, sensuality, voice, or power.
• You’re seeking a supportive container to explore parts of yourself that have been exiled or rejected.

Join us in a space of inquiry, compassion, and connection as we begin the journey of meeting—and befriending—the shadow.
